    根据攻击玩家数量调整炮塔伤害。
    如果防守部落的部落成员退出，防守部落的数量保持不变。但是，如果有更多的玩家登录或联盟成员进入范围，则数量会增加。但绝不会减少防守人数。除非n分钟内没有pvp活动。
    攻击者数量使用的数字基于范围，并按设定的间隔更新。
    可以调整炮塔伤害增加多少。
